Resolutions!
How many of you have already decided on your New Year's resolutions?
Will it be fitness related? Healthy new lifestyle? Budgeting? Being a nicer human being? A better parent/wife/husband/partner? Buy a new house/car? Get a new job?
Whatever your resolution is, OWN IT. Don't just say, "this is what I resolve to do this year." Make a PLAN. How are you going to reach your new goal(s)? Write your REALISTIC plan out. Don't hide it away. Put it where you will see it on a DAILY basis (dry erase or chalk boards are great for this). TELL SOMEONE that will keep you accountable. Make your 2015 resolution STICK. Make this year the year you reach your goals.
Last year I resolved to get in the best shape of my life. Thanks to my accountability (Challenge) groups and Beachbody programs and Shakeology daily, I am proud to say that I AM in the BEST SHAPE OF MY LIFE!! I could NOT have done it without my fellow challengers in my free challenge groups on Facebook or without my Beachbody programs. I have pushed myself physically this year and am completely surprised at what my 33 year old body can do. So now what 2015? What is this year going to bring for me? I resolve this year to personally help 10 other people get in the best shape of their lives by the end of 2015. And I CAN NOT WAIT! Will that person be you?

These are all questions you need to think about to CRAFT your PLAN of how you are going to get in the best shape of your life. Goal setting can be overwhelming, but if you can break it down into answering some simple questions, the rest is easy. And it doesn't get any easier than joining one of my challenge groups for DAILY motivation and virtual butt kicking!

I attribute most of my success to being a part of a challenge group, at all times. The motivation, accountability, and the feeling of being a part of something bigger than myself has helped me stay on track throughout the year with my health and fitness goals.
Let me help you, help me, help you... lol or something like that. Because we are all in this together. I want to help you. I want YOU to motivate ME. We can do this TOGETHER!

- Like low impact/high impact?
- Need quick workouts?
